Terms & Conditions for the contest participation

You hereby acknowledge and agree to participate in the Create. Connect. Grow__ (hereinafter referred as “Contest”) in Ahilyanagar Digital Mahakumbh organized by ILoveNagar Foundation in collaboration with Canon India Private Limited (hereinafter referred as “CIPL”).

• You are voluntarily providing your personal and professional details, including but not limited to your name, Email ID and contact information, for the purpose of Contest administration, communication, and for all promotional activities.
• By submitting an entry to the Contest, you affirms and warrants that the submission is your original work and does not infringe upon any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or any other legal rights of any third party. You further confirm that all necessary permissions, licenses, and consents have been obtained for any third-party content included in the submission.
• CIPL and ILoveNagar Foundation reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, violates any applicable laws or community standards, or is deemed offensive, inappropriate, or otherwise unsuitable for public dissemination.
• The decision of the CIPL and I Love Nagar shall be final, conclusive, and binding in all respects. No correspondence, challenge, or appeal regarding such decisions shall be entertained under any circumstances.
• You further grant I Love Nagar and CIPL full, perpetual, royalty-free, and worldwide rights to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute any content created for the Contest, submitted, or captured during the Contest including but not limited to photographs, videos, testimonials related to the Contest for marketing, advertising, promotional, and internal use across any media or platform, now known or hereafter developed.
• You further understand and agree that I Love Nagar or CIPL may edit, crop, translate, or otherwise alter any part of such content at its sole discretion, without further notice or compensation.
• You further consent that, you hereby provide full and undisputed ownership, without any limitation to CIPL and whenever required by CIPL, You shall be available for execution of necessary ownership documentation for the submitted content and execute the ownership documentation shared by CIPL.
• I Love Nagar is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of all personal data collected under this Program. All data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations, stored securely, accessed only by authorized personnel, and used solely for the purposes outlined above. I understand that I may request access to, correction of, or deletion of my personal data by contacting I Love Nagar through official channels.
•  I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this Consent Undertaking.
